Natalie Wasiluk, LICSW
Natalie Wasiluk is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience providing evidence-based cognitive-behavioral interventions for adults managing depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, chronic stress, sleep disturbance, and difficulty with emotion regulation.
Ms. Wasiluk uses a collaborative and relational style to help clients build skills, resolve problem behaviors, and reach their goals while developing increased self-compassion.
Ms. Wasiluk completed her Master of Social Work education at the University of Minnesota, where she studied clinical mental health. She completed her clinical internship at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System in their Partial Hospitalization Program, where she received training in group and individual skills-based interventions.
As a staff Clinical Social Worker, she has practiced in a variety of treatment settings at the Veterans Health Administration, including in Assertive Community Treatment, Partial Hospitalization, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and individual and group outpatient therapy clinics.
During her career, Ms. Wasiluk has completed advanced training in evidence-based psychotherapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Process Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and integrating mindfulness-based practices into therapy interventions. She has also provided training and clinical supervision to both trainees and staff working in interprofessional mental health settings.
